Definitely need Spooner back in there. But if we go back with the ccc line, then Heinen gets left playing with no playmaker. As a couple people mentioned, spread it out and put Belesky with Krejci and Backes and then Spooner with Heinen and Hayes. 4th line of Nash Moore Acciari.

Once Vatrano comes back he can plug into Hayes spot and I think that's three decent scoring lines.

However putting that ccc line together again does make our top two lines look very scary...

Riley Nash STINKS, how is he playing over Spooner last night? CJ drives me to drink with these decisions. Yea but play Spooner at W and if he doesn't play well, play the plug over him!

maybe it was just to get him some playing time, but I'm not sure schaller should be getting the nod over spooner, not that spooner has been anything special so far this season. Removing schaller and bumping nash down and inserting spooner, makes them a better team. However, there's got to be a move coming at some point just a cluster of centers.

pretty sure news came out after the game that Spooner was having a routine pap smear and will be available against the Habs on saturday.

Thought Schaller played a good game and would be a good fit on the 4th line, but can't see him getting time over Spooner in the future.

If CJ isn't held in check he'll have two lines of Gregory Campbells in the bottom 6. Need some scoring besides the first line.

It's funny you mention Soupy, CLB suspended him for not showing up to their AHL affiliate. So. Go get em Cload. I'm sure you could bring back stone hands Paille if you wanted too.
